Weather patterns can vary greatly depending on the region and time of year. Shoes that are suitable for rainy weather are typically made of waterproof materials such as rubber or treated leather. Rain boots, also known as wellies or galoshes, are a popular choice as they are designed to keep your feet dry in wet conditions. Additionally, shoes with good traction on the soles are important to prevent slipping on wet surfaces. It is also recommended to avoid shoes made of suede or fabric, as they can easily get damaged by water. **

For example, in a region where it rains 30% of the time, the probability of a rainy day would be 0.3 or 30%. This probability can change daily based on current weather conditions and forecasting models. **
